These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PrayedUp (the "App"), operated by TYJ Studio LLC ("PrayedUp," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local laws) to use PrayedUp.

By using PrayedUp, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Your Account

  • To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. User Conduct & Safety

PrayedUp is a faith-based, positive community. By using the Services, you agree that you will NOT:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Post or transmit any abusive, hateful, or inappropriate content.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Use the Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services.

We use moderation systems to protect users, but we are not responsible for the conduct of others on the platform.

4. Content You Share

  • You may submit prayers, messages, and other content ("User Content").
  • By submitting User Content, you grant PrayedUp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
  • You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to post content that violates any law or third-party rights.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Certain features of the App may require payment or subscription.
  • All purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their respective terms.
  • Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled in your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, titles, and interests in PrayedUp and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by TYJ Studio LLC.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our written consent.

8. Disclaimers

  • PrayedUp is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
  • We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services.
  • We do not guarantee that prayers, messages, or content will have any specific effect or outcome in your life.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TYJ Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (i) $50 USD or (ii) the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the community or comply with law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14. Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to PrayedUp, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) related to your use of the Services, such as:

  • Prayer request notifications
  • Prayer delivery confirmations
  • Account or phone verification
  • Service-related updates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Privacy: We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected for SMS consent will not be shared except with service providers who facilitate message delivery (such as our SMS provider, SimpleTexting).
